Recruitment Process

After receiving the necessary legal documents from the employing company, our recruitment company in Nepal applies for authorization from the Department of Foreign Employment. The department grants permission to advertise the job vacancy in local and national newspapers and allows us to start the recruitment process only after ensuring that the demand is credible, complies with government regulations, and meets the specified terms and conditions.

Selection of Candidates

We maintain an up-to-date database of potential candidates, which includes their personal information, skills, qualifications, and experience. We advertise the job vacancy in national newspapers and television, allowing candidates to compete freely for the position. We pre-screen the candidates and arrange a final interview with the employer or their representative to select the most suitable candidate based on merit, without any discrimination based on race, gender, or any other factor.

Medical Check-up

Only selected candidates undergo a full medical examination at an authorized hospital or clinic. Only those who are deemed medically and physically fit are eligible to sign the employment contract.

Visa Issuance

The employer applies for the visa on behalf of our company and sends it back to us. Visa issuance refers to the process of granting a foreign national permission to enter and stay in a country for a specific purpose, such as tourism, work, or study. The process typically involves an application that is submitted to the relevant government agency or embassy, which reviews the application and decides whether or not to grant the visa.

Orientation

Before departure, we organize an orientation briefing for the workers to familiarize them with the laws and policies of the employment country, promote mutual understanding among themselves, and inform them of their specific duties and responsibilities. We ensure that the workers strictly abide by the guidelines in their field of employment and maintain good working conditions.

DOFE Permission

To recruit Nepalese workers for foreign employment, our agency must obtain final permission from the Department of Foreign Employment, Nepal, under the legal provisions.

Travel Arrangements

We arrange air tickets either through the Public Transport Association or by local purchase to avoid delays. We inform the airline of the workers’ visa endorsements and passports and confirm the scheduled flight from Nepal to the nearest airport of the work site. We provide airport assistance to departing candidates and inform the employer of their departure through fax, email, or telephone 12 to 24 hours before the scheduled departure.
